


To fully understand the current situation in the real world, we have conducted both primary and secondary research.
Through our survey with 133 youngsters:
98% answered that they had heard these popular verbal bully sayings, the top 5 sayings are:

Children know nothing
-
You can’t do anything properly
-
Look at other children and learn
-
You are an elder sister/ brother but can’t teach your younger sibling.

You are not your parents’ biological child.
Among them, 60% heard these sayings occasionally and 20% frequently. We were also able to collect their true personal stories through the survey.
From our face-to-face interviews with a group of target audience, we have found out the following key features.

Believe they never hurt children with verbal bully

Unaware that verbal bully can leave a mental damage on children

Think that some words are to help children get better

Care more about physical growth of children

Want children to be well behaved
-
Say hurtful words to children, some tend to refuse the fact during the interview

if children receive a common joke and do not ask for explanation, they ignore
