Welcome to the team
WE ARE THE TWIST - AN AGENCY CONSISTS OF FOUR STUDENTS FROM ADVERTISING INDUSTRY PRACTICE CLASS.

DO TU MINH
Media Producer

dotm158@gmail.com
Fueled by her passion in film-making and designing, Minh has taken the role of creating visual materials for the campaign. She initiated, coordinated and supervised the process of filming and producing promotional materials for media to make sure that everything went smoothly.
Since Minh has been the organizer of many small to large scale events at RMIT, she thoroughly understands the procedure of preparing and setting up for an event. The campaign showcase is no exception. Furthermore, besides preparing logistics for the showcase, she also went the extra mile to find the exact materials needed for the campaign’s complex props. Among the team, with her easygoing personality, Minh was always the one who lightens up everyone during the most intense meetings.
DUONG BAO NGOC
Creative Director

Ngoc has a bright personality that spreads her positive energy to others. She plays the role of a catalyst that helps everyone to work together productively. With the ability of multi-tasking, she has her eyes on every detail but also overlooks the big picture of the whole project. She worked with the account manager on the very first step of the campaign, including research about the team’s situation, target audience and strategic planning. She also utilized her strong sense of creativity in developing the creative concept with the art director and the media producer, co-designed and supervised the process of producing visual materials.
Additionally, with her passion for photography, she has been taking a photo collection that we call our ‘photographic journey’. It features the whole team’s working process from the very beginning till the end, through which people would see our hard work as well as enjoyable moments working together.
LE MINH HANG
Art Director

Hang is a natural story teller who always has her stories told in the most expressive and imaginative ways, so there is no doubt she was chosen to be the one who brings our stories to life. Despite her unfamiliarity with Children’s right topic at the beginning, Hang worked hard and closely with the account manager to understand our target audience as well as the creative director to generate a felicitous visual concept.
Being aware of the importance of consistency in branding, she designed all materials following the campaign’s color scheme, which is black and white, and also created the team spirit - the logo. The combination of her limitless bank of illustration ideas, strong designing skills and perfectionism has proved to be crucial in this campaign.
NGUYEN QUYNH PHUONG ANH
Account Manager

Phuong Anh has always been the people’s person so that is why she thrives in the role of Account Manager. With her hospitality and professionalism, she communicated with the target audience to understand their insights and came up with the campaign’s concept that is highly influential and impressive. She is able to inspire people with the team’s idea to gain the best of their acting skills and help from others, which supports the flow of our campaign.
To professional communication students, logistics has always been their weakness, however, thanks to Phuong Anh’s event planning skills and experience, she worked hard to create the booth layout for the showcase and managed to make it cost-effective. She is determined to turn the complicated design of our guerilla advertisement into reality although she knows it would take a lot of time and effort to make it. Being an extremely responsible person, she always keeps her eyes on the progress of the campaign and be there to help other members whenever needed.

MISSION
Our mission is to stop verbal bully towards children.

VISION

Every child deserves a happy childhood and have their souls nourished by the love and care from people around. We hope for a better future of children, where beside the physical health, their mental well-being can be given equal attention. However, in Vietnam, verbal bully towards children is not concerned as a serious problem. By utilizing the two simple but impactful colours: black and white, we create a reversed reality where adults have to hear the hurtful sayings from children and feel the pain. From that, we grab their attention, make them aware of the fact that verbal bully can leave a mental damage on children, then change their attitude towards the problem. Ultimately, our goal is to stop them from saying the hurtful words. Afterwards, we hope it would not only limit at the point where adults stop saying such words, but also improve the bond between family members.
